Return Policy

1. Overview

At Brixalonmyxaroth, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return policy in compliance with EU and Irish consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013 (S.I. No. 484/2013) as implemented in Ireland.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

As a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with Article 9 of the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) physically acquires the goods.

2.1 How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You can do this by:

You may use the following model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory:

"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale for the following goods: [description], ordered on [date], received on [date]. Consumer name and address. Date and signature (if sent on paper)."

2.2 Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery). We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or proof of return.

3. Extended Return Period

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer an extended return period of 30 days from delivery for unopened products. This gives you additional time to decide if the product is right for you.

4. Eligibility for Returns

4.1 Products Eligible for Return

  • Unopened products in original packaging
  • Products returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Products with proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

4.2 Products Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened products (due to health and hygiene reasons)
  • Products returned after the 30-day period
  • Products that have been tampered with or damaged by the customer
  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers

5. Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at welcome@brixalonmyxaroth.world with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Step 2: Package the Product

Securely package the product in its original packaging if possible. Include your return authorization number and order details inside the package.

Step 3: Ship the Return

Send the package to our return address (provided in the return authorization email). We recommend using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

6. Refund Information

6.1 Refund Amount

We will refund the full purchase price of the returned product(s). Original shipping costs are refunded only if you are returning all items from an order and the return is due to our error.

6.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

6.3 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for:

  • Products with minor packaging damage that does not affect the product
  • Returns approved outside of the standard return window as a courtesy

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at welcome@brixalonmyxaroth.world. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the damage or defect
  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging (if applicable)

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary
  3. If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at welcome@brixalonmyxaroth.world

10. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to cancel the order, but if it has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the standard return process.
